Which size should I pick?+
Measure your dog lying down curled up, nose to tail, and add a few inches. Small suits dogs under 8kg, Medium for 8–20kg, Large for 20kg+. If you're between sizes, size up — dogs like room to stretch and circle before settling.
How long does delivery take, and is COD available?+
Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days depending on your pincode. We currently accept Cash on Delivery only.
What if it arrives damaged or my dog destroys it?+
If it arrives damaged or not as described, you get a free replacement — just reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos, on WhatsApp or email. Damage from normal chewing or wear isn't covered, so it's best suited to dogs that settle rather than shred their bedding.
Is the cover really machine washable?+
Yes — the cover unzips fully and is machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle. The base is spot-clean only; avoid high heat drying so the loft doesn't compress.
